I KNOW that we were MEANT to live a life packed with ENERGY and VITALITY, feeling JOY, LOVE and complete FULFILLMENT!  This is not a life unattainable!  I believe, it is my life’s mission to make this happen for you!  Together we will embark on a journey discovering who you are, working to develop a plan that will ultimately lead to relief, rest, enjoyment, balance, and peace in your life! Everything I do is to serve you in helping reach this same goal! This is what drives me to wake up and ATTACK every day!  Serving YOU!

 

Remember when you used to drag yourself through the day, barely able to get out of bed because you didn’t sleep well? You bounced from diet to diet, hormones were whacked out, you had random pain and inflammation and no matter what you did, couldn’t keep the weight off?  But, more than anything, you were uncomfortable in your own skin, were tired of pretending everything was “fine” and silently just needed a friend who could offer some encouragement and accountability?

 

Well, I remember too, because that was ME!  I was that girl!  And now, I am here to be THAT friend for you! 

 

After years of eating disorders, body image issues, hormonal issues and an extremely unhealthy relationship with food, I spent a big part of my life living like the girl I just described!!! However, my journey, I would NOT take back!  It was because of those experiences that I will be able to identify with each of you! I’ve walked those same roads and that’s why I can say to you…CHANGE IS COMING!

 

These days, I have learned to listen to my body and have taken back the control of my mind and my life!  Can I tell you something?? YOU CAN TOO!!!

 

I get it, without a little accountability and encouragement, it’s easy to just go back, jump on that crazy train and keep doing what you’ve always been doing! 

 

Well, I’m here to tell ya, these next few months will go by whether you make a decision to pursue true health or not. Think of it like this, it can be “one day” or it can be, “DAY ONE” of the rest of your life! The hardest part is that FIRST step! But, I’m living proof that, its WORTH IT!  And, I believe in YOU!  YOU are worth it! Your family is worth it!You will FAIL, many times, but that is only a VERY SMALL part of the journey that will lead to SUCESS!!!

 

Don’t miss this opportunity to make a change and move in the direction of FREEDOM in your life! Freedom from lack of energy! Freedom from carrying extra weight around! Freedom from hormonal imbalances! Freedom from exhaustion!! Freedom from emotional turmoil! The list goes on and on!!!    

 

My favorite saying and one that I want you to REALLY consider is:

 

”The one who says they CAN and the one who says they CAN’T, are usually right”! 

 

So, just start to say you CAN and then, you WILL!!!!  One step and one day at a time!!!  

 

My passion is equipping you with the knowledge that its going to take to move toward reclaiming your life and then walking alongside you as we work toward creating new and lasting habits! 

 

Is it hard?? YES! Is it worth it? ALL DAY LONG!

 

 

I graduated from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as a certified Health Coach and am also Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sport Medicine.  I am also currently enrolled at the School of Applied Functional Medicine.  

It is because of this training that I have learned to view things through a functional medicine lens.  This has equipped me to look BEYOND surface level symptoms in order to identify the ROOT cause of an issue, helping me to work from the ground up in designing an individualized program to allow the BODY to heal ITSELF through lifestyle, supplementation and an awareness of your own health!

 

I have coached many people through the hardships involved in regaining health in every area of their lives!  Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Believe me, I tried ALL of these same approaches for YEARS myself!

 

Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
