SMS & EMAIL CONSENT DISCLOSURE By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional messages from Rise to Health & Wellness.Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.

REFUND POLICY 

All services, packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable. Unused sessions have no cash value.Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or unused services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited session or charge at our discretion.
